Operative Hysteroscopy is a minimally invasive, safe and well tolerated procedure. Prevention of complications crucial for patient care. The complication rate in diagnostic hysteroscopy low 0.012%. Complications from operative are more common potentially serious. These risks highest with complex hysteroscopic procedures like myomectomy adhesiolysis. can be early or late complications. Early include anesthetic complications, distention media, cervical trauma, haemorrhage, perforation, air embolism. Late ones infections, adhesions. As continues to become popular, the importance preventing, identifying, managing utmost importance. Some problems inherent hysteroscopy, but large number prevented by proper preoperative evaluation surgical techniques. Appropriate training programmes expertise key successful hysteroscopy.
